About Be ÜBe Ü was created as a space for presence, movement, and meaningful connection. Jessica Monnig and Abbie Cowley bring together somatic movement, sound, breathwork, and ceremony to design experiences that feel grounded, alive, and intentional.
We believe the most powerful experiences don’t just entertain, they reconnect people to themselves and to each other.
Our MissionBe Ü is here to create experiences that are felt — because what is felt is remembered.
In a world saturated with noise and constant stimulation, Be Ü curates immersive movement and sound experiences that bring people into presence and back home to themselves. When an experience engages the body and mind, it moves beyond observation and becomes memory.
At its core, our work is an invitation to return to Ü, to the essence of being human. To feel, to connect, and to remember ourselves beyond roles, performance, and expectation.

Co-Founder · Movement Specialist · Therapeutic Pilates Instructor
Jessica is a movement specialist, therapeutic Pilates instructor, and co-founder of Be Ü — holding multiple 500-hour certifications, including an advanced specialization in therapeutic Pilates, and bringing over a decade of client-facing teaching experience to every experience she leads.
Her training goes well beyond the mat. Jessica has pursued continued education in fascial systems and nervous system regulation, disciplines that inform how she reads a room, cues a group, and designs experiences that create real, felt results. She has also served as faculty in a Pilates teacher training program, a role that reflects both the depth of her expertise and her commitment to raising the standard of movement education.
In practice, her work blends therapeutic Pilates, somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to guide people out of tension patterns and into a more integrated, sustainable relationship with their bodies. Her approach is precise, evidence-informed, and highly attuned, built on the understanding that how movement feels is just as important as how it functions.
Jessica works with a wide range of clients from those recovering from pain or injury to dancers and high-performing individuals seeking greater precision and presence in how they move.
Within Be Ü, she co-creates immersive group experiences that translate this depth of practice into something accessible, impactful, and genuinely uncommon, bringing the same rigor and intentionality she applies one-on-one into the room with your team, your guests, or your community.
Her work is an invitation: to slow down, listen inward, and come home to your body.

Co-Founder · Somatic & Sound Practitioner · Breathwork Facilitator
Abbie Cowley is devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and return to their most authentic selves. Her work is rooted in embodiment, the belief that true transformation happens not just through mindset, but through lived, felt experience in the body.
With a background in sports and fitness, Abbie’s path began in performance and physical training. Over time, that foundation evolved into a deeper personal healing journey that led her to explore mindfulness practices and nervous system regulation. Through this transition, she discovered that true transformation happens not just through pushing the body, but through learning to listen to it.
Abbie blends somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to create experiences that help individuals release stored tension, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her approach is deeply human, heart-led, and grounded in the understanding that healing and growth unfold when people feel safe, seen, and supported.
Her work often focuses on individuals who feel disconnected, burnt out, or stuck— helping them regulate their nervous systems, build self-trust, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves.
Within BeÜ, Abbie co-creates immersive experiences designed to bridge mind, body, and spirit. She brings warmth, intuition, and a strong sense of calm into every offering, helping participants feel safe to explore, express, and evolve. Her role centers on guiding emotional and somatic transformation, weaving together breath, sound, and intentional reflection.
Abbie’s work is an invitation:
to slow down, tune inward, and rediscover the wisdom that already lives within you.
